Scott is Senior Counsel in Casner & Edwards’ Litigation and Nonprofit departments. Scott has had a long and successful public service career as a public defender, civil rights attorney, President and CEO of Common Cause, Middlesex District Attorney and two-term Attorney General of Massachusetts. He has also served in nonprofit executive management, private legal counsel, and numerous board directorships.
