For over two decades, Kristy has successfully led marketing initiatives focused on brand strategy, go-to-market positioning, and digital communications. During this time, Kristy has developed marketing teams for fast-growing health tech companies as well as managed global marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.
Before Family First, Kristy’s roles have included serving as VP of Marketing Strategy at Bluewater, and Senior Manager of Marketing Communications & Strategy at Best Buy. Most recently, she was VP of Marketing at Icario, where she helped steer the organization through multiple brand evolutions from small startup to industry leader. Over the course of her career, Kristy has become known for her unique ability to create powerful marketing engines that build breakthrough brand identities while generating significant new business opportunity.
In 2021 Kristy was named a winner of the prestigious Women in Business Award by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. She is also an accomplished speaker, presenting at events including INBOUND, a leading global marketing conference. Kristy currently serves as the Vice Chair, Board of Directors at Vail Place, a nonprofit that provides recovery services for adults with mental illnesses.
