Gena Perry is the Director of Total Rewards at OG&E Corporation. In prior roles, Gina worked for Mercer Consulting and spent 10 years at Chesapeake Energy Corporation.
Gena is currently on the board of Oklahoma Employer Healthcare Association (OEHA) as well as the Executive Board of Destiny Christian Center. She has also served on the Board at Southwest Benefits Association, Junior Achievement, and Arise Ministries.
