    Privacy and security are a priority at Family First. We are both SOC2 Type2 and HITRUST compliant. Reports are available upon successful activation of your subscription.

    Employees register for Family First using the link provided on the landing page you receive after purchasing your subscription. Once registered, they can log into Family First anytime to access its features.

    Subscriptions are for a 12-month period. You can request a non-renewal at any time. To do so, please email client-success@family-first.com.
