    Privacy and security are a priority at Family First. We are both SOC2 Type2 and HITRUST compliant. Reports are available upon successful activation of your subscription.

    Employees register for Family First using the link provided on the landing page you receive after purchasing your subscription. Once registered, they can log into Family First anytime to access its features.

    Digital Access Plus includes template-based engagement materials to help you introduce Family First to your workforce. This includes an introductory email and additional resources covering key caregiving topics and how Family First’s digital tools can support employees. All materials are ready for you to customize and share on your own schedule.

    With Digital Access Plus, you’ll receive a quarterly report showing registrations, active users, and overall user activity.

    Subscriptions are for a 12-month period. You can request a non-renewal at any time. To do so, please email client-success@family-first.com.
