You can register for Family First online — all you need is an email address. Once you ceeate a profile you'll immediately be granted access to our digital tools, including the Care Library, collaboration tools, document storage and more.

You can invite everyone who helps or can help you make you and your loved one’s care journey simpler. This can include your loved ones – spouses, partners, children, parents, in-laws, extended family, and even friends or neighbors. Access to digital tools may vary depending on each person’s needs and privacy set by you. 

To do so, log into Family First, navigate to Support Network and select Invite a Support Member. All you'll need is their email address to get started.
