How Family First Works
Step 1. Getting Started
Getting started begins with an online registration. Once complete, you'll gain access to digital caregiving tools, expert-curated resources and more.
Register as a U.S.-based employees
Register as an International employee.
You will need to enter 'Meta' as your company code.
U.S.-based employees also have the option of calling 877-585-7090. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.
Step 2. Working with a Care Expert
To work with a Care Expert, you'll want to start a case.
Based on your caregiving situation, you'll be paired with a dedicated Care Expert who will lead your Care Team and serve as your single point of contact.
Step 3. Care Planning
Your Care Expert will contact you and walk you through an intake process. The information we gather will inform our Care Planning process. The result is a Care Plan that aligns to your needs, fills gaps in care others may have overlooked, and charts a clear path forward.
Your Care Expert will then begin coordinating your care and advocating on your behalf to ensure your needs are met.
Step 4. Ongoing Support
Your access to Family First is fully covered by Meta. We are always standing ready to help and circumstances change and new challenges arise. You and your family never have to navigate caregiving alone.
