Alaina brings more than 20 years of experience leading consulting relationships with mid-sized to jumbo multinational companies in various industries serving as a strategic advisor on health and welfare strategy, cost management, DEI, wellbeing, and workforce support.
Alaina’s experience includes guiding employers in strategy, design, benchmarking, analytics/measurement, vendor management, assessment, compliance and implementation of health and welfare benefits. She has helped multiple organizations successfully develop business cases for change that meet business and talent objectives and needs, while leveraging employee profile, social determinants of health influencers and employee experience journey mapping to understand challenges and design optimal solutions. She has broad experience and established relationships with the vendor marketplace for the entire healthcare and benefits continuum.
Prior to joining Family First, Alaina was a consultant at Mercer and WTW as a Large Market Health and Benefits senior consultant and the North America Health & Benefits Diversity, Equity & Inclusion leader.
