Subscriptions are billed in full when activated and automatically renew every 12 months. The payment method on file will be charged at the time of renewal. 

Privacy and security are a priority at Family First. We are both SOC2 Type2 and HITRUST compliant. Reports are available upon successful activation.

Employees learn more and register for Family First using the link provided in Quick Links. They will need an email and to create a password to be registered.

With Digital Access Plus, you’ll receive a quarterly report showing registrations, active users, and overall user activity. These reports will be emailed automatically to the email address you used when you purchased Family First.

To update your contact information, please email our Client Success team at client-success@family-first.com. A team member will confirm the change and update our records promptly.

Subscriptions are for a 12-month period. You can request a non-renewal at any time. To do so, please email client-success@family-first.com.
