Steve is a financial and healthcare services executive with a passion for building businesses, solving problems and delivering best-in-class client service. He has served as a strategic advisor and an investment banking and capital markets professional, and has been a trusted advisor to clients ranging from large global insurance and financial services companies to start-ups.
Steve was previously Co-CEO of TigerRisk Capital Markets & Advisory and Partner at TigerRisk Partners. He was earlier Vice Chairman of the Global Financial Institutions Group and Head of Americas Insurance at Deutsche Bank, Head of North American Insurance at Citigroup, and Head of Insurance M&A at Morgan Stanley. He began his career at First Boston Corp in the M&A Group and was subsequently at Wasserstein Perella & Co.
Steve was in the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a BS in Electrical Engineering summa cum laude from the Moore School and a BS in Economics summa cum laude from the Wharton School. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School. Steve was a long-time board trustee of Bridges Outreach, whose mission is to end homelessness through volunteer-driven outreach and individual case management.
